ABOUT RUBBER BASTARD

Born in Sydney in 2010, Rubber Bastard was created for people who take their rubber seriously.
For more than 15 years, we’ve brought together rubberists from Sydney, interstate and around the world for a night dedicated to rubber, performance, play and community.
Rubber Bastard is about walking into a room where everyone has made the effort. From seasoned rubberists with wardrobes full of latex to people experiencing their first rubber event, everyone comes through the same door and becomes part of the same shiny, slightly twisted crowd.
Expect incredible rubber, live performances, music, photography, prizes and plenty happening throughout the night, all built around one very simple idea: this is a party for rubber people.
And the rule has always been simple: rubber and latex only. No Leather. No PVC. No denim. No streetwear. No excuses.
Dress up. Shine up. Get involved. Meet people. Have fun. And whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re pulling on rubber for your first Bastard, come and be part of it.
